We use handling tools manufactured by renowned manufacturers capable of handling 30" to 2 3/8" pipes. We also possess extensive experience in running chrome pipes and dual completion strings.

SUB ASSEMBLY COMPLETION MAKE-UP (BUCKING SERVICES)

The Model CLEBU7625 with lockjaw backup system are primarily intended for use, in pipe mills and in a workshop environment, for the installation or removal of tubular connections or down-hole tool assembly which has varying diameters and length.

The 3 dies wrap around system allows self- alignment and a 320 degree coverage that distributes the radial load over the largest possible area, therefore minimizing pipe stress and deformation.

HAMMER SERVICES

We use the Dawson hydraulic hammers which are the fastest pile hammer in the world in terms of blows per minute at full energy. No other manufacturers of dedicated pile driving equipment can achieve 70 to 80 blows per minute at full energy. The more blows per minute the faster the job is completed producing a saving for all of the piling crew and equipment.

Dawson hammers out punch the opposition by speed rather than weight. The weight saving further reduces craneage, and where necessary, temporary staging of floating craft.
